LEAP Coach
Kelly Bowles is a wife, mother of four, teacher, instructional coach, and educational consultant. In her free time, Kelly enjoys dancing, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family. She was raised in Roswell, New Mexico, and earned her BA in Elementary Education from ENMU-Portales.
Kelly began her teaching career in Garland, TX. After returning to her home state of New Mexico she served as a teacher and instructional coach in Rio Rancho, Roswell, and Ruidoso Municipal School Districts. After completing her MA in Education Administration, she began consulting with Kight & Associates. Her work as a consultant with Kight and Associates has provided an opportunity to serve instructional coaches across New Mexico.
She is committed to her work with teachers and instructional coaches to ensure that every student in New Mexico has access to high-quality instruction. She currently resides in Roswell, NM, with her husband of 27 years and her youngest child, Harley.
